The Infrastructure Boom Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman’s announcement of the Khelo India Mission today has sent ripples through the sporting community. With a massive allocation boost, the focus for football will be on creating “Foundational Excellence Centers” in underrepresented states like Bihar and Jharkhand.
